1kg Beef Shank, in 2 packs

Take any two packs and put into a slow cooker. Chop-up your favourite vegetables, season to taste. Add a little water and give it 6 hours. Set a time whilst you’re out and you’ll have a gorgeous dinner to come home to!
It just gets better! Left overs can be re-heated in your oven the next day - 30mins at 180°C, until piping hot or core temp 80°C+
Don’t have a slow cooker? Use a casserole dish and place in the oven at 120°C for 4 hours - perfect!
