Slow Cooked Pulled Lamb

2.5kg Shoulder of Kent lamb on the bone, with a choice of marinades - perfect for a special roast!
Pre-heat oven to 180°C at gas mark 6. Place lamb (skin side down) onto a baking tray and cover with foil. Roast for 2.5hrs, or until lamb is tender. Turn the lamb over and roast for another 30mins, until dark brown.
Shred meat from the bone. To service 6-8 people.
