Christmas Goose

Our geese come from a local farm in Appledore. They are reared on open grass paddocks (foraging the berries from the hedgerows and orchards), along with being fed a diet sourced from crops grown on the farm. This all contributes to the geese’s distinctive taste and texture - ideal for the festive season.
