The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Front of House Butcher, you'll combine your craft with customer service excellence and also assist with our growing online sales:

- Prepare and present a wide variety of meats to the highest standard
- Provide expert product knowledge, advice, and recommendations to customers
- Ensure counter displays are visually appealing and well-stocked
- Work closely with a passionate and professional team
- Maintain strict food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Use basic IT systems for point-of-sale and order processing (full training provided)

The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Baker, you'll play a key role in producing our renowned handmade sweet and savoury pies, along with a selection of fresh pastries and baked goods:

- Prepare and bake a variety of products to a high standard of quality and consistency
- Using machinery for mixing, filling, rolling, and shaping both sweet and savoury pastries
- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet demand
- Work collaboratively in a friendly, supportive kitchen environment
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
- Contribute ideas and creativity to new product development
