Absolutely amazing - so easy to order, website is a breeze to use, kept up to date with my order, it arrived quickly and packaged so well! First time using brisket and it was gorgeous - cooked low and slow for 6 hours in the oven then finished off for 2 hours on the BBQ so I didn't lose the smoky flavour. Tasted amazing, tender and still juicy!

OMG 2 hours on the BBQ turning constantly then wrapped in butchers paper and in the oven for 4 hours... Melt in the mouth heaven!!
