First time ordering and was impressed by how quickly the meat was delivered. It was well packaged and kept nice and cool. The meat is of excellent quality and I will definitely be ordering again.
Made for a lovely Sunday roast; this joint roasted well. I cooked it for 50 minutes, turned out on the medium side. Very tasty, highly recommended.
