We offer Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, for delivery Tuesday to Saturday. Please note, Next Day Delivery is not available to the Highlands & Islands. Due to demand, cut-off times may occasionally vary.
Orders of £80 or more (after any discounts or codes) qualify for free Next Day Delivery, Monday to Friday.
A minimum order value of £50 applies for all deliveries.
Your order will be delivered by our 3rd party courier, DPD, between 8:00am and 6:00pm on the date you choose (unless you’ve selected Premium by 12 Delivery). If you’ve provided an email address or mobile number, DPD will send a notification with a 1-hour delivery window.
At checkout, you can also arrange delivery to your workplace, a neighbour, or a friend at no extra charge. Simply enter the relevant delivery address at checkout.
Please note that delivery dates may be affected by bank holidays and periods of high demand (usually seasonal). You can always see the next available delivery date on our calendar at checkout, or if you are in any doubt, call us on 01732 354733, and we’ll be happy to answer any queries.
For added convenience, we also offer a Premium Saturday Delivery and Premium by 12 service at an additional charge starting from £9.95.

As part of our commitment to the environment, we partner with DPD, a courier dedicated to reducing emissions and making every delivery sustainable. Through their Driving Change programme, DPD is continually cutting carbon by investing in electric vehicles, smart urban delivery methods, and innovative strategies to reduce “miles per parcel.”
Any emissions that can’t yet be eliminated are fully offset through renewable energy and clean energy projects, all in line with the highest international standards.

Every order is freshly cut and prepared from our own stock, just as we do when serving customers in-store.
All products are delivered fresh and never frozen. Each order is vacuum-packed and placed in specially designed bespoke insulated branded bag (perfect to use for picnics!) with refrigerant pads, keeping your items cool for up to 48 hours during transit.
Unlike some online meat suppliers, your bespoke order is not picked from pre-packed frozen stock in a central depot- it’s prepared fresh, just for you.
To enjoy your meat at its best, store it on the lower shelves of your fridge at 5°C or below and use within 5 days of delivery. For longer storage, freeze your items on the day of delivery.
