Not all pies are created equal. Ours are made with grass fed British beef, sourced from local farms and prepared in our Tonbridge butchery. Grass fed beef delivers a cleaner, more natural flavour and is naturally leaner and richer in nutrients. It’s the perfect base for slow-cooked fillings that bring out the best in every bite.
Our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 28 days, allowing it to develop deep, savoury flavour and natural tenderness.
