Make your Christmas feast sing with the rich, traditional flavour of our Olde Tonbridge Sausages. This traditional old Kent butchers' recipe has been handed down through generations. Ian Chatfield learnt this recipe 50 years ago from an old Tonbridge butcher.

Grill or roast them until the skins are crisp and lightly browned, letting their juicy, meaty flavour fill the kitchen. Serve alongside creamy mash, rich onion gravy, roasted winter veg and perhaps a spoonful of tangy cranberry or apple compote to cut through. These sausages are made to bring people together- with laughter, warmth, second helpings, and that true comfort-food glow that only good sausage can deliver.
