I think I didn’t quite get this one right, I had been to Saudi in January and had amazing goat that fell apart. I cooked this on a rotisserie over low heat coals but I think it’s better for a slow cook in more moist conditions! Was still very tasty and I put the leftovers into a curry the next day which was actually much much better . Zero complaints about the service though. All came in a big bag with the other stuff I ordered packed in ice bags . Will be back to you in the future Ian Chatfield!
