I haven't had Topside for a long time. The meat before cooking looked great, not the usual Supermarket rubbish. Cooking was a joy, there was enough fat to cook roast potatoes and my son commented on how he enjoyed the dinner, praise indeed. Overall we will definitely order again.
I was so pleased with my meat order it was packed well considering the heat. I put it straight into the freezer.
I'd been toying with the idea of ordering some classic cuts for my parents, mostly because they longed for the quality of meat they used to buy from their local Butchers when they were young. And boy, were they not disappointed!!! The order arrived quickly and was amazingly well-packaged. They were already impressed- but then, the slow-cooked brisket took the biscuit haha! Shortly afterwards, they went for the lamb shanks- again, totally in awe of the taste and quality. The rest of the order will no doubt disappear as rapidly! Thank you so much for giving my parents these moments of pure pleasure!
