Product information

Raised free-range on a Kent farm, each bird is carefully prepared on-site and delivered fresh to our store. The crown offers the best of the breast meat — juicy, tender and beautifully presented, minus the complexity of carving a whole bird.

Season generously with fresh herbs, garlic and citrus, roast skin-side up until beautifully golden, and let it rest so the juices settle. Serve thick, succulent slices with roast potatoes, honeyed vegetables, stuffing and rich gravy.
